And when the voices get too loud, and the clammering insistent….walk outside and breathe, preferrably three times in a row and look up to the sky, then out to the horizon, to your feet for good measure and if you’ve got a song inside you, murmur it softly to yourself. Soon, quite soon, you’ll know what to do, when to do it, with whom and how.
And do your best to keep your head together and remember who you are. It always, ALWAYS comes back to YOU!!
